This clinic provides preventive and restorative oral health services to individuals who have an income at or below 200 percent of the federal poverty level or are on General Assistance or Medicaid.
Eligibility and Fees
The townships’ General Assistance staff determines treatment eligibility for residents of Elk Grove, Palatine, Wheeling and Schaumburg townships. Screenings are offered free of charge to adults aged 18 and older, and appointments are not necessary.
