Family Health Partnership Clinic provides high quality healthcare for the uninsured in McHenry County. The Clinic operates on a sliding fee scale, although no patient is turned away due to inability to pay. At registration, patients will be asked to provide some proof of income.

NOTE: Family Health Partnership Clinic (FHPC) is pleased to welcome The Pink Door Thrift Shop, 3741 W Elm St, McHenry, IL 60050. The upscale resale store, with a long history of supporting healthcare services in McHenry County, was originally started by and supported the McHenry Hospital Auxiliary. The store’s mission is to support local health care and it will continue its legacy by supporting Family Health Partnership Clinic.

All proceeds from the store will benefit the mission of the Family Health Partnership Clinic.
