We will help you make the most of your insurance, work with you to develop a personalized care coordination plan and point you in the direction of helpful resources. Financial assistance for eligible medical expenses — such as equipment, therapies, supplies and medical services — is also available to Core Program-eligible children whose families meet certain income guidelines.
