Provides nutrition education and food vouchers to women and children. Low-to-moderate income, atrisk, pregnant or breastfeeding women. Also includes infants and children under five years of age may qualify.
Eligibility: Lake County residents who meet income guidelines and are either: Pregnant women; Breastfeeding mothers of a baby under 1 year of age; Women who had a baby or were pregnant in the past 6 months, or Children under the age of 5
