Family Resource Center on Disabilities serves the following 8 Illinois counties: Cook, DuPage, Grundy, Kane, Kendall, Lake, McHenry, and Will.

On Tuesday evenings, women on similar journeys have a chance to share a meal and some candid conversation. Childcare is provided, which gives everyone time to rejuvenate while listening to a speaker, getting spiritual encouragement, or doing a craft together while sharing struggles and victories as single parents. Evenings are often filled with laughter, sometimes tears, and always inspiration to thrive!

The Hope Collective

Teen Mother Choices is passionate about bringing hope, purpose, and a better tomorrow to young moms through 1:1 mentoring, weekly lifeskills workshops, goal setting, financial counseling, and so much more. TMC is a faith-based program designed to support teen moms, ages 13 through 23, who have already given birth and who have courageously chosen to parent their child.

Provide a safe home for moms and their children for two years, referrals for counseling, career training, food programs and more, intense financial training and guidance, assistance securing permanent housing upon graduation. Have locatioins in Woodstock, Hoffman Estates, Elgin, Schaumburg and Carol Stream.

We provide free & confidential pregnancy & parenting services to men and women. Our centers are located in Grayslake & Crystal Lake, Illinois. Informed Choices is empowering women and men to make informed choices by presenting Jesus Christ to those involved in unplanned pregnancies through the provision of physical, emotional, and spiritual support. All services are free and confidential including: pregnancy testing, options counseling, accurate information about abortion procedures and risks, prenatal education, parenting education, limited obstetrical ultrasounds, programs in Spanish, abortion recovery counseling, material support, and community referrals.
