Lake County Health Department
Provides outpatient mental health services to adults who have a serious mental health disorder that is substantially affecting their functioning at home, school, work, or the community. Services provided include:
- Psychiatric assessment
- Medication services
- Psychological testing
- Individual and group therapies
- Crisis intervention
- Rehabilitation services
- Case management services
In addition, the outpatient programs assist individuals to utilize integrated medical services with a primary care provider and other wellness services, such as groups, nutrition counseling, and tobacco cessation.
Eligibility: Must be at least 18 years old, with a serious mental health disorder and Lake County resident.
