We provide free & confidential pregnancy & parenting services to men and women. Our centers are located in Grayslake & Crystal Lake, Illinois. Informed Choices is empowering women and men to make informed choices by presenting Jesus Christ to those involved in unplanned pregnancies through the provision of physical, emotional, and spiritual support. All services are free and confidential including: pregnancy testing, options counseling, accurate information about abortion procedures and risks, prenatal education, parenting education, limited obstetrical ultrasounds, programs in Spanish, abortion recovery counseling, material support, and community referrals.
