Low Cost Health care and dental coverage. Illinois’ All Kids program offers health care coverage to children or helps in paying premiums of employer or private health insurance plans. All Kids services are available at no cost or at low cost. Premium and co-payments are determined based on your family income and size. All Kids Share and Premium Level 1 are jointly funded by the state and federal governments. All Kids Rebate and Premium Level 2 are state funded. All Kids Assist is the Medicaid portion of Illinois’ health care programs for children.

The Access to Care (ATC) program is administered by the Suburban Primary Health Council. ATC is a non-profit primary health care program for residents of suburban Cook County and northwest Chicago who are lower-income, uninsured, and underinsured. ATC has proudly served our communities since 1988. Access to Care partners with physicians and hospitals all across suburban Cook County to offer health care services to our members.

Meals on Wheels, Adopt-A-Family holiday program, utilities assistance, dental hygiene referrals, diaper bank, food pantry, lending closet, heating assistance, Prescription drug card, school supplies, winter outer wear. To register and participate in a comprehensive assessment, call the Senior Case Management at (847) 546-5733. No customer is ever denied a meal due to their inability or unwillingness to make a donation toward the cost of their meal.

St Francis de Sales Catholic Church In response to God’s call, Emmaus House is a ministry of hospitality dedicated to our neighbors who are struggling with poverty and its uncertainties. We provide resources such as shelter, food and clothing to families and individuals in need, helping them move from crisis to stability. We strive to eliminate the social causes of poverty that affect the people we serve by raising public awareness and advocating for change.

Food Pantry

The Hope Center, based in Lake Zurich, Illinois, serves the people of north suburban Chicago through an evolving collection of services and partnerships. Food Pantry Hours: every Saturday morning from 9:00 AM – 11:00 PM

The St Vincent de Paul food pantry at St. Francis de Sales Parish serves all residents of Lake County, Illinois who come to us for assistance. We serve them every Thursday evening from 5:15 pm to 7:00 pm. Unlike many pantries, our clients are able to come to us every week.
