The Last Chance House, Inc. is a non-profit organization established by recovering alcoholic men, for alcoholic men. Located in Crystal Lake. Last Chance House is an established residential home providing housing on a short-term basis for men from surrounding communities who are in recovery from alcoholism. Call to discuss admission

A short term therapeutic approach to reducing suspension time in schools. Can be used for alcohol/drug, aggression, and/or sexting violations. Typically 6 sessions and includes a comprehensive assessment, psycho education, counseling on decision making, coping skills, and prevention and a parental component. Sessions are usually conducted on an individual basis but CYN does offer groups from time to time on specific issues.

Private and State Substance Abuse Organization that provides Outpatient, Outpatient detoxification, Outpatient methadone/buprenorphine or vivitrol, Outpatient day treatment or partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient treatment, and Computerized treatment with the following approaches: substance abuse counseling approach, cognitive/behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, trauma-related counseling and rational emotive behavioral therapy . Smoking is not permitted. Aged groups accepted: children/adolescents, young adults and adults (female and male.)
