Support services for seniors, The Senior Health Insurance Program (SHIP) provides free statewide health insurance counseling service for Medicare beneficiaries and their caregivers. SHIP maintains an annual Medicare Supplement Premium Comparison Guide. Note: Ela 55+ Senior Resource Specialist Lisa Gaggiano is a certified SHIP counselor.
